ACNO - anti-acne cream cleanser.

Having been an eczema sufferer for many years, the main symptom of which is dry, itchy skin, the thought of using products developed primarily for use by acne sufferers had never previously occurred to me. Traditionally, treatments of these two ailments have always been poles apart but ACNO is a product which I feel can be used beneficially by eczema sufferers.

When first introduced to ACNO, the skin on my hands was very dry and inflamed (it looked like I had a bad case of sunburn and felt like leather). As creams go ACNO is especially kind and soft to the skin and the mere application of ACNO had an immediate soothing effect.

After two days of applying ACNO every three to four hours the dryness had disappeared and the inflammation had gone down dramatically. Subsequent use on other affected areas has yielded similar results. Usually cortisone (with it's adverse long-term side effects) is the only treatment which does the same.

Therefore, while I cannot attest to it's primary use as an anti-acne treatment, I can confirm that it can be used successfully by eczema sufferers to help alleviate the associated discomforts of eczema.
